ADI公司提供了一系列具有低压差、低功耗以及出色电压调整性能的串联基准电压源产品。这些器件是与三端稳压器具有相似功能的基准电压源。有些串联基准电压源设计将输出引脚偏置并使输入引脚保持在开路状态，也可实现在分流模式下工作。串联模式基准电压源的优点是只从输入电源中消耗负载和静态电流。
