ADI公司的PowerPath、理想二极管控制器和负载开关通过尽可能降低回到电源的反向电流和电源间的击穿电流来保护电源。可以通过最高电压或最高优先级选择电源。 如选择最高电压，则理想二极管采用二极管“或”配置。应用包括冗余电源ORing、输入关断期间的电源保持和电池反接保护。如按最高优先级选择，则优先级PowerPath控制器提供最通用的灵活解决方案。优先排序器采用在其有效电压窗口范围内的最高优先级输入为系统供电。配备电池的便携式产品、具有电容保持功能的存储器模块以及集成主要和辅助电源的服务器子系统中会出现此类应用。负载开关为空间受限的设计提供反向电流保护。
