演示电路2666A-A/2666A-B集成LTC7132,该器件是一款具有宽输入和输出电压范围的高效双输出多相DC/DC降压型稳压器,具有亚毫欧级DCR检测和数字电源系统管理功能。该演示板提供两种版本:DC2666A-A配置为2相双路输出,DC2666A-B配置为2相单路输出。这两种版本都在6V至20V的输入电压范围内工作。DC2666A-A两路输出的出厂默认输出电压为VOUT0 = 1V、VOUT1 = 1V,每个通道的额定负载电流为20A。DC2666A-B的出厂默认输出电压为VOUT = 1V,额定负载电流为40A。这两种版本的两个通道均可提供高达25A的最大负载电流。

输出电压的可编程范围为0.6V至1.8V。如果需要将输出电压编程为大于1.8V的任何值,都将需要改变电感器、外部DCR网络组件,并且可能需要根据LTC7132数据手册中提供的热减额曲线来降低最大输出电流。出厂默认开关频率预设为典型值425kHz。DC2666A-A/DC2666A-B都使用具有极低DCR的外部电感,能够为亚毫欧级DCR电流检测应用提供出色的性能。

DC2666A的两个版本均具有PMBus接口和数字电源系统管理功能。用户可以使用板载12引脚连接器,将DC1613A加密狗连接到该演示板,这提供了一种使用LTpowerPlay®软件开发工具与该器件通信并对该部件进行编程的简便方法。通过LTpowerPlay软件和I2C/PMBus/SMBus加密狗DC1613A,用户可以监视输入和输出电压、输入和输出电流、开关频率、内部IC裸片温度、外部电源组件温度和故障日志的实时遥测信息。可编程参数包括器件地址、输出电压、控制环路补偿、开关频率、相位交错、DCM或CCM工作模式、数字软启动、基于时序和时间的关断、对输入和输出过压的故障响应、输出过流、IC裸片和电源组件过温。

LTC7132采用散热增强型、薄型140引脚9mm × 11.25mm × 2.22mm BGA封装。在使用DC2666A-A/DC2666A-B或对其进行任何更改之前,建议先阅读LTC7132的数据手册和演示手册。
