Analog Devices’ microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) switches offer excellent reliability with superior precision and RF performance from 0 Hz (DC) to mmWave frequencies. They require only a low voltage, low current power supply and have fully independent parallel/SPI logic control interfaces. These MEMS switches come in standard, space-saving, surface-mount SMD plastic packages.
