The LTM4644/LTM4644-1 is a quad DC/DC step-down µModule (micromodule) regulator with 4A per output. Outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 16A capability. Included in the package are the switching controllers, powerFETs, inductors and support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V with an external bias supply, the LTM4644/LTM4644-1 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V. Its high efficiency design delivers 4A continuous (5A peak) output current per channel. Only bulk input and output capacitors are needed.

LTpowerCAD
LTpowerCAD® is a power supply design program which selects power stage components, provides detailed power efficiency, shows quick loop Bode plot stability and load transient analysis, and can export to LTspice for simulation.
Demonstration circuit 1900A features the LTM4644EY μModule® regulator, a high-performance high-efficiency quad output step-down regulator. The LTM4644EY has an operating input voltage range of 4V to 14V and is able to provide up to 4A of output current from each of its phases. Each output’s voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.5V. The LTM4644EY is a DC/DC point of load regulator in a 9mm × 15mm × 5.01mm BGA package requiring only a few input and output capacitors.
The DC2428A is a two-board demonstration system for the LTC2975 Power System Manager and LTM4644-1 quad 4A μModule regulator. The DC2382A contains all the circuitry needed to use the LTC2975 in a power system and control four power supplies. The DC2363A contains four power supplies (LTM4644-1) that the LTC2975 configures and controls. The DC2363A and DC2382A demo boards together provide a sophisticated 4-channel digitally programmable power supply system.
The HTG-910 is low profile network card that provides access to eight lanes of PCI Express. It is populated with the Xilinx Zynq Virtex Ultrascale VU5P, VU9P, VU13P or Ultrascale VU190 FPGA. Analog Devices power solution on this platform is fully validated to meet the requirements of Xilinx Zynq Virtex Ultrascale FPGAs to ensure a robust power delivery solution.
DC/DC μModule regulators are used on the HTG-910 to power Xilinx FPGA and/or SoC rails as well as other system rails. These regulators are highly integrated solutions with built in controller, power FETs, inductors, and capacitors that simplify layout and provide robust power delivery performance.
We provide supporting documentation including power schematics, layout, LTpowerPlanner and applicable LTpowerPlay configuration files to enable you to validate the power solution for your application seamlessly.
