LTC®2640 是一个采用 8 引脚 TSOT-23 封装、具有一个集成、高准确度、低漂移基准的 12 位、10 位和 8 位电压输出 DAC 系列。它内置一个轨至轨输出缓冲器,并被保证具有单调特性。
LTC2640-L 具有一个 2.5V 的全标度输出,并采用 2.7V 至 5.5V 单工作电源。LTC2640-H 具有一个 4.096V 的全标度输出,并采用 4.5V 至 5.5V 单工作电源。在 REF 引脚上提供了一个 10ppm/ºC 基准输出。
每个 DAC 都能够工作于外部基准模式,在该模式中,一个提供至 REF 引脚的电压负责设定全标度输出。
LTC2640 DAC 采用一个 SPI/MICROWIRE™ 兼容型三线式串行接口,该接口在高达 50MHz 的时钟频率条件下运作。
LTC2640 包括一个上电复位电路。提供了在上电之后复位至零标度或复位至中间标度的选项。
