LT®3008 系列是一款微功率、低压差电压 (LDO) 线性稳压器。该器件可提供 20mA 的输出电流和一个 300mV 的压差电压。无负载静态电流为 3μA。当负载增加时,接地引脚电流保持在低于 5% 输出电流的水平上。在停机模式中,静态电流小于 1μA。
LT3008 稳压器利用低 ESR 陶瓷电容器 (所需的最小电容值仅为 2.2μF) 来优化稳定性和瞬态响应。LT3008 不像其他常见的稳压器那样需要额外的 ESR。内部保护电路包括电流限制、热限制、反向电池保护和反向电流保护。
对于那些需要中等输出驱动能力以及超低待机功耗的应用而言,LT3008 系列是理想的选择。该器件具有 1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V 和 5V 的固定输出电压,以及一个具 0.6V 至 44.5V 的可调输出电压范围版本。LT3008 采用 6 引脚 DFN 和 8 引脚 TSOT-23 封装。
