AD7845是业界首款内置片内放大器的四象限乘法数模转换器。它采用LC2MOS工艺制造,可以在同一芯片上集成精密线性元件与数字电路。
12路数据输入可驱动由标准CS与WR信号控制的锁存器,从而与微处理器实现轻松接口。独立工作时,CS与WR输入可以接地,使所有锁存器能够透明操作。所有数字输入均为TTL和5 V CMOS兼容。
输出放大器可以向2 kΩ负载提供±10 V电压。它采用内部补偿,而且在晶圆水平上进行激光调整,因此其输入失调电压较低。正常工作时,RFB连至VOUT,但用户也可以选择RA、 RB 或RC来调整输出电压范围。
