製品詳細

MAX17606の評価キット(EVキット)は、絶縁型15W同期整流フライバックDC-DCコンバータを実証する完全実装および試験済みの回路基板です。この回路は、6ピンSOT23パッケージに実装された2次側同期整流ドライバのMAX17606、および16ピンTQFNパッケージに実装されたピーク電流モードフライバックコントローラのMAX17597を使用しています。

EVキットの回路は絶縁型+5V出力電圧を提供するように設定されており、最大3Aの出力電流を供給します。このEVキットは、200kHzのスイッチング周波数で動作するように設定されています。フォトカプラとトランスによって、入力と出力の間に最大1875VRMSのガルバニック絶縁が提供されます。
