The HMC392 devices are GaAs, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMICs), low noise amplifiers that operate between 3.5 GHz and 7.0 GHz. The amplifiers provide gains of 15.4 dB, 15.5 dB, and 16 dB with noise figures of 2.4 dB and 2.5 dB. The amplifiers also provide 24.5 dBM, 28 dBm, and 30 dBm third-order intercept points (IP3s) from a 5 V supply voltage. The size and specifications of the HMC392 amplifiers makes them well suited for high reliability military, industrial, and space applications.
Applications
- Point to point radios
- VSAT
- Local oscillator (LO) driver for HMC mixers
- Military:
Electronic warfare (EW)
Electronic countermeasure (ECM)
Command, control communications, and intelligence (C3I) - Space
