The ADH392AS is a GaAs, MMIC, Low Noise Amplifier die which operates between 3.5 GHz and 7 GHz. The amplifier provides 17.2 dB of gain, 1.7 dB noise figure, and 32.5 dBm IP3 from a +5V supply voltage. The ADH392AS has six bonding adjustment options which allow the user to select the bias point and output power of the device (+10 dBm to +19.7 dBm). The ADH392AS amplifier can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small size.
