Digital power technology combines ADI’s renowned power solutions with programmability and telemetry to address critical issues in edge intelligence, predictive maintenance, renewable energy, higher power density with better thermals, low latency for response time, and higher safety. Our digital controllers provide the versatility to implement varied complex power topologies to address your design challenges using simple firmware.

ADI’s digital power solutions simplify and accelerate power system characterization, optimization, and data mining during prototyping, deployment, and field operation. These solutions support diverse topologies, channel counts and supplies, and large POL power systems found in routers, switches, servers, enterprise data storage systems, and automated test equipment. Digital power system management (DPSM) or power system management (PSM) solutions feature PMBus®/SMBus/I2C digital interfaces, LTpowerPlay® software, and internal EEPROM options to enable customization. DPSM products include μModule® regulators, isolated, nonisolated boost and buck DC-to-DC regulators, manager ICs, sequencers, and supervisors.

Manage power supplies with digital interface-based control, telemetry, and black box fault recording of analog DC-to-DC power converters.
