        can you explain in detail, I change the amplifier with new amplifier (OP27GSZ-REEL7) still vout =11.25. why? I am checked the circuit it is not short circuit, where I am measuring the voltage at amplifier pin. vout =11.25 IOUT =2.115 VCM=2.491 ALERT =0
