        Hmmmm, your target "level" seems to be moving, which is a bummer. To be honest, in my response to your 10uF request, I stretched beyond our normal practices, for this forum, because it appeared like you were quantifying your requirement, in good faith. Did I misinterpret?

        Thanks for the reply. Finally, The capacitance between the plates, inside of the core MEMS sensors value is less than 1uF or 100nF?

        Thank you for adding this context. The capacitance between the plates, inside of the core MEMS sensors, is substantially smaller than 10uF. I hope that this helps.
