        Dear Sir/Madam, Our customer asked how should we connect the not-used pins NIC(1,7,8), TEMP(3), TRIM(5). Are they no-connect? Otherwise they should be connected to GND? Thanks Kaos

        Looking at the datasheet, if not used Trim and Temp should be no-connect. NIC is no internal connect - I'd typically connect those pins to ground as it will often give increased thermal performance but they could be left as no connect.

        Pins 1, 7 and 8 of the SOIZ package for the ADR0xBRZ are labeled NIC in the data sheet. We had a layout issue with our design so we cut and jumped ourselves to a working design but pins 1 and 8 are still connected to Vout and Vin respectively …
