        We ordered ADG1436YRUZ. Actual part is marked ADG1436YYRUZ. I haven't had any luck finding what the extra 'Y' stands for. Your URGENT RE is appreciated; part currently ON-HOLD in RI.

        Hi Divya, Please see the details in the table below for the ADG1436YRUZ-REEL7. I have provided Ψjt & Ψjb in place of Θjb and Θjc. We would recommend using these values. These are explained in JEDEC 51-12.01 Regards, David
