        Hi, The lower supply voltage used here is likely the cause of the reduced bandwidth as it will increase Ron which will cause the bandwidth to decrease. Have you any option to increase the VDD to 12 V. As per the datasheet this would give a bandwidth of 185 MHz …

        We have tried with 5V supply still we are getting a similar response maximum frequency targeted is 125Mhz
