Thank you very much. Actually I have used A847AR already in the PCB and I want to replace it with proper IC. Ad8469 is not pin compatible with AD847. May be AD8057ARZ will do the job. I will try. Thanks again. Santhosh

Hello, Colleagues ! Looks like i have some problem with ADI's AD8657 op-amps under certain operating conditions. I attach my schematics so it might be easier to describe and understand the case: A brief schematics description: I have a prototype of a so-called paraphase precision amplifier based on …

Hello Anton, I am glad your problem has been solved. Thank you for the great amount of detail that you included in your original question. This initial effort goes a long way toward finding a solution. Regards, Mark Reisiger

Hello Mark and others (if still watching) Looks like my problem has been solved completely. Thank you very much for detailed and accurate explanation of what's happened to my op-amps. We may consider this thread closed and answered. Please sorry for being silent for long time, that's …

Hello, I used the term NVM to describe any on-chip storage technology, not specifically EEPROM. The number of Digitrim products has greatly expanded since the writing of MT-37 and they are not limited to a specific memory technology. I agree that this blurs the distinction between 1. and …

Hello, Mark, and thank you for your detailed response ! Looks like you're describing exactly the same effect i've seen on my amp. But wait .. are you going to say that 8657 really use a "EEPROM-style" trimming technology ? There're some tutorials (MT-037 for example) from ADI …

Hi, This is likely a problem with the Power On Reset (POR) circuit inside the amplifier malfunctioning due to your power supply sequence. Let me explain: The AD8657 is a Digitrim amplifier, which means that it achieves its excellent Vos performance by nulling out the matching errors with a …

Harry, and others watching, hello again ! I spent some time to do some study of capacitive feed through process described by you, and yes - it will result in a glitch when powering on, but that isn't our case actually. Perhaps they both have something common in its background, but …

Yeah, Harry, I know about that properties of 8657 chip but unfortunately i have no choice in this case because of: a) Rather big supposed working temperature range (8657 has shown excellent results in the whole range denoted in datasheet). b) Perfect EMI immunity (as i've mentioned before). I …

Thanks, Harry ! You may click on the picture and it will grow bigger. I've uploaded an image having 1600 px wide. Nevertheless I attach an additional pdf for you. You're right, the whole module behaves a bit better when heated up to 125 deg. Btw - only some of …
