      Hi All, I have two questions about bonding and die attach. Please refer to attached file. 1. Both +Vs and -Vs have two pads. I have to connect bonding wires to all four pads? 2. I can use a insulating adhesive as die attache? Regards, Kazu

      Dear Kazu, For best TIA performance, we recommend bonded all +Vs and -Vs pads. Yes, customer can use an insulating adhesive as die attach to a metal plate. To get best thermal dissipation efficiency, it is better to use a thermal conductive adhesive. Best Regards, Dongfeng
