        Hi, I am looking for the thermal metrics of the following parts as they were NOT in the datasheet: AD828ARZ and AD7547LRZ-ND I would like to know the following information: Thermal resistance from junction to board, thermal resistance from junction to case, Maximum rated junction temperature.         Hi samshoe, AD7547LRZ-ND Rjb: 27.8°C/W based on JEDEC 2s2p thermal test board in a JEDEC Rjb test environment. Cheers, Ivan
