        Hi Sin, The AD5694RBCPZ uses a 3mm x 3mm, 16-lead LFCSP. It is shown in Figure 61 in page 27 of the AD5694R Data Sheet. Regards, Mark

        Hi, Sorry for the late reply. There should be no problem with using a 3.3V input logic as long as the Vih and Vil min specs from Table 2 are guaranteed. Best regards, Ian

        Hi Miguel, Thank you for the reply. It is very insightful. This chip has 3 bias lines, namely Vref, Vlogic and VDD. I will bias the Vref from a precision voltage reference. Would it be possible to bias the Vlogic and VDD from the same supply? My concern is that …
