      Hi Wheeliedad , The AD590KF (flatpack) should be in good thermal contact with the component whose temperature they're trying to measure. They can either clamp the AD590KF (ceramic side) to the component, or they can also use glue. They should just make sure that the glue is pliable and thermally …
