        Hi, It's probably fine to connect the 5V Vlogic to the ADC without the Vcc and Vee but it's not a recommended practice. It may have effects on the performance of the ADC that is not guaranteed. Regards, Andrei

        Hi Andrei. I will not configure the ADC. I am not going to do anything with the ADC for now. I just want to turn on the FPGA and configure it. But the 5V line is connected to the Vlogic of ADC. I was worried it might get damaged
