17V Low Iq Synchronous Monolithic Buck Regulator Family

Analog Devices manufactures a broad line of high performance single and dual monolithic buck switching regulator ICs with synchronous internal switches. These step-down voltage regulators offer typical input voltage capability from 2.7V up to 17V with output voltages as low as 0.6V, switching frequencies up to 4MHz and high efficiency operation up to 96%. Also with Burst Mode operation, quiescent currents below ten micro-amps can be attained. This combination of features allows very small, low profile circuit implementations with minimum external components. Other features include adjustable or synchronizable switching frequency, small size, low external component count and more.
