HMC605
ObsoleteLow Noise Amplifier with Bypass SMT, 2.3 - 2.7 GHz
Part Details
- Noise Figure: 1 dB
- Output IP3: +31 dBm
- Gain: 20 dB
- Supply Voltage: +5V @ 74mA
- 50 Ohm Matched Output
The HMC605LP3(E) is a versatile, high dynamic range GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that integrates a low loss LNA bypass mode on the IC. The amplifier is ideal for WiBro and WiMAX receivers operating between 2.3 and 2.7 GHz and provides 1.1 dB noise figure, 20 dB of gain and +31 dBm IP3 from a single supply of +5V at 74mA. Input and output return losses are 14 and 15 dB respectively with no external matching components required. A single control line (0/+3V) is used to switch between LNA mode and a low 2 dB loss bypass mode reducing the current consumption to 10 µA.
Applications
- Wireless Infrastructure
- Fixed Wireless
- WiMAX & WiBro
- Tower Mounted Amplifiers
