Within the BF50x family and as part of the Blackfin portfolio of processors, the BF504F sits above the BF504 in terms of cost and features by providing a 4MB executable flash. Combined with up to a 400 MHz core clock speed and a peripheral set including two three-phase PWM units, an ADC Control Module, two SPI’s, two SPORT’s, a CAN controller, a PPI, eight general purpose counters and a Removable Storage Interface, the BF504F is feature and cost optimized for compute intensive industrial and general purpose applications that can operate exclusively out of 68KB L1 memory and 4MB executable flash. The BF504F is offered in a low cost 12x12mm LFCSP package, commercial and industrial temperature grades and 300 and 400 MHz speed grades.
