This is the fourth digest in a series of ongoing updates to keep you informed about progress we’re making as the new ADI and the integration of our two companies. These updates are intended to let you know what’s happening, what we’ve accomplished and what’s next.
Leader Update: August Integration Digest
There’s no doubt that information technology (IT) touches many different aspects of the integration of our two companies -- from hardware, to the network, to systems and tools, business processes, and even training. With so many dimensions, it’s no surprise that IT has received many questions from employees about how we are approaching the integration and what the timing for all of these pieces will be.
We recognize the importance of providing employees with insight into what’s been done, as well as what’s ahead, and as such we introduced a new section on the Integration Microsite, dedicated specifically to providing updates and information about IT-related items. Here you will find the latest progress on PC deployment and workstation conversions. We have also recently posted a Business Process Integration Roadmap, aligning to key work streams of the Integration Leadership Team. The Roadmap is a top-level view of the highest priority process integration efforts that support our order-to-cash; sales enablement and HR/Finance domains. Also on the IT page, you can access online information and training about our productivity tools and frequently asked questions about IT matters.
In addition to this online support, we have been holding in-person meetings and trainings in Milpitas, along with virtual town halls for employees in Europe and Asia. These sessions provide a good forum to ask questions, hear more about what’s coming and learn about the tools like OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype and OneNote that become available to you with your new PC or updated workstation.
As we continue to bring our two companies together with a “best of both” approach, I encourage you to visit the IT section of the microsite periodically to learn about the progress we have made – and what’s next.
2018 Benefits for Employees in the United States:
As summer begins to wind down and fall approaches, it’s not only the start of a new school year for our families, but it’s also the time when we in the U.S. focus on benefits decisions for our families in the upcoming year. We would like to share with you the latest decisions that have been made about U.S. benefits so that you know what to expect when Annual Enrollment opens in late October.
For U.S. employees, legacy ADI and legacy LTC organizations will each retain their current, separate set of benefits programs and delivery through the 2018 calendar year. This includes the health and welfare, vacation and paid time off, work/life, and 401k programs.
Keeping the legacy ADI/LTC U.S. benefits programs in place for the next year will allow us to continue collaborating to develop a comprehensive Total Rewards offering in the future. As always, we will share any decisions that are made as soon as we are able.
We will continue to host Annual Enrollment for both groups of legacy employees using the same process as last year. More information will be provided in early October.
Benefits for Employees Outside of the United States:
We are continuing to review benefits for employees outside the U.S. and will provide updates as decisions are made during 2018.

![]() How can I access and apply for internal job postings at both legacy LTC and legacy ADI? |
![]() As you know, many legacy ADI and legacy LTC processes and systems are currently being integrated, including those related to talent acquisition. During this interim period, we want to ensure that employees are still able to access information that is pertinent to them – and that they need. As such, we will be cross-posting all INTERNAL ONLY job opportunities for both companies. This means that as of Monday, August 21st, internal job opportunities at legacy ADI will be posted on People Fluent for legacy LTC employees to access. Please contact Natalia Hing with questions. In addition, all INTERNAL ONLY openings at legacy LTC will be posted to the analog.com internal site, accessible via The Circuit. Please contact Anthony Corrado with questions. All other positions will be posted on the respective legacy company sites and employees can view those on www.analog.com/careers or www.linear.com/company/careers. Employees interested in finding out more about a job posting, or applying for an internal opportunity, should have a conversation with their managers before requesting more information and submitting an application. |
