Designed for a Wide Variety of Applications

The AD717x family offer a complete integrated Sigma-Delta ADC solution which can be used in high precision, low noise single channel applications (Life Science measurements) or higher speed multiplexed applications (Factory Automation PLC Input modules). The Sigma-Delta ADC is intended primarily for measurement of signals close to DC but also delivers outstanding performance with input bandwidths out to ~10kHz.

Designing with the AD717x family is helped by the extensive toolset and collateral available. Eval+ is our next generation customer evaluation software which provides an all in one download enabling a virtual evaluation via embedded functional model before moving to silicon evaluation with a fully featured customer evaluation board. All generics come with a fully featured customer evaluation board with options for analog preconditioning prototyping i.e. amplifiers, reference, a full power solution. There are multiple connectivity options for evaluating with the SDP-B controller board or alternatively as in standalone operation connecting to your existing digital host module or alternatively to the latest evaluation kits for microcontrollers, DSP or PMOD connector controllers.

Application specific CFTLs with availability can kick start your system level developments reducing risk, and give you a less expensive prototyping route.
