LTC6655是一款完整的精密带隙基准电压源系列,提供出色的噪声和漂移性能。此低噪声和漂移特性非常适合仪器仪表和测试设备要求的高分辨率测量。此外,LTC6655的额定温度范围为–40°C至125°C,确保其适合严苛的汽车和工业应用。先进的曲率补偿使该带隙基准电压源可实现小于2ppm/°C的漂移、可预测温度特性和±0.025%输出电压精度,从而减少校准或无需校准。
LTC6655LN低噪声系列配有降噪引脚,可通过添加单个电容来降低宽带噪声。
LTC6655可采用小至500mV并高于输出电压13.2V的电源供电。出色的负载调整率、源电流和吸电流能力加上出色的线路抑制特性确保在各种工作条件下实现稳定的性能。针对低功耗应用提供关断模式。
LTC6655基准电压源提供8引脚MSOP和8引脚LS8两种封装。LS8采用5mm × 5mm表贴密封封装,提供出色的稳定性。
