  • 输入电压范围：
    • 1.14V 至 3.5V (升压转换器使能)
    • 1.14V 至 5.5V (采用外部 5V 升压)
  • 低压差电压：100mV (在 IOUT = 1.5A)
  • 可调输出范围：0.4V 至 2.6V
  • 输出电流：高达 1.5A

产品详情

演示电路833是一款使用1.5A输出电流LTC3026线性稳压器的低压差电源，该稳压器采用小型3mm × 3mm 10引脚DFN封装。当内部升压转换器使能时，DC833的输入电压范围为1.14V至3.5V，当提供外部电源时最大输入电压为5.5V。输出电压通过跳线选择，可以设置为0.8V、1.2V、1.5V、1.8V或0.4V至2.6V之间的用户定义值。LTC3026具有0.4V的基准电压，使DC833可向低电压应用供电。DC833还非常适用于降压开关稳压器后置调节，可构建高效率低噪声电源。DC833采用小型陶瓷电容，表明LTC3026使用陶瓷输出电容能够保持稳定性。
