Kaos, We don't have model info for that voltage level. I would suggest using the 3.6 V data or interpolating between 3.0 V and 3.6 V. DaveC

        Hello Kaos, The model provides I/V data for supply voltages of 2.70 V, 3.00 V and 3.30 V. Here's an excerpt from the file: |************************************************************************ | Model input1 |************************************************************************ | [Model] input1 Model_type Input Vinl = 0.90V Vinh = 2.10V C_comp 1.00pF 1.00pF 1.00pF …

Hi DaveC Ahh,,,Sorry to my less info for this question. My question was for ADuM3402. Your ADuM3210, there is no problem I can catch it. ADuM3402 was only following IBIS data. [Voltage Range] 3.00V 2.70V 3.60V Should I make this question to put on new sled …

Hi DaveC, I have additional question for you. Do you have I-V characteristic(IBIS data) when the reference voltage is 3.3V? Your I-V characteristic of pulldown show 0V standard voltage, but your 2.7V, 3.0V, 3.6V show the difference curve (characteristic). So I need the …

Kaos, The file contains the [Voltage Range] keyword, indicating that the model applies over the specified range. For the 3 V model file the range is 2.7 V to 3.3 V. DaveC

Hello DaveC, I need your advice. IBIS model of ADuM3210 is applied for 3V power. But almost our application is designed y 3.3V power. So how can I simulate or think this 0.3V value? Do you have a good solution? Thanks, Kaos

Hello Kaos, We do have models for the ADuM3210 for both 5 V and 3 V operation: ADuM3210 IBIS Models ADuM3210 5V ADuM3210 3V The ADuM3200 shares the same I/O structures as the ADuM3210 and is offered in the same package, so the same IBIS model can be used …
